The Challenge
Qantas Loyalty wanted to expand its digital business ventures into financial services, but the credit card market was saturated and undifferentiated. The challenge was to create a product and service that connected loyalty rewards with financial well-being while building credibility and trust in a new category
The Role

Directed design of Qantas’s entry into financial services, creating a credit card, mobile app and web that linked loyalty rewards directly to financial wellbeing.
Applied Continuous Testing and Iteration
Embedded cycles of user testing, feedback, and iteration to refine onboarding, spend tracking, and redemption flows, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction.
Embedded Loyalty-Driven Experiences
Shaped an experience where everyday spending and positive money behaviours earned Qantas Points, disrupting the credit card category.
Led and guided the Product Design Team
